I'm Sophia Marotta, a highly regarded international Master Psychic and Evidential Medium serving Long Island, Staten Island, and New Jersey. As with most natural born intuitive's, my psychic abilities manifested themselves at a young age. Being raised in a traditional, Italian, Catholic family, these abilities were stifled. I continued to live the "normal life" with family, friends, marriage, and children. All the while knowing, feeling, and hearing, but just keeping it to myself.

When I was in my late 20's I went to a psychic with a girlfriend. She told me that I had had a Near Death Experience( NDE). I remember looking at her as if she had two heads. She insisted and went on to tell me that I was given a "gift" for having to come back to earth. I replied, "Well I think I'd known if I had died." She then told me that I was very young. Needless to say I called my mom who confirmed that when I was 18 months old I stopped breathing and was rushed to the hospital.

Still it took me years to embrace my "gift" and to be comfortable sharing it with others.

I do believe that all in God's time, not ours!
